Supreme Court Clears Way For Last Federal Execution Under Trump Execution
The Supreme Court late Friday evening cleared the way for the federal government to execute Dustin Higgs. Mr. Higgs was convicted for his role in the murders and kidnappings of three women in 1996. One of Mr. Higgs' associates, Willis Haynes, killed the women.
