Supreme Court Allows Navy to Reassign Vaccine-Refusing SEALs

The Supreme Court on Friday granted a stay of a federal district court order which prohibited the U.S. Navy from taking adverse actions against SEALs who refused to be vaccinated against the coronavirus. A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit had earlier refused to grant the stay.
